In today’s rapidly evolving business environment, the finance function is undergoing a profound digital transformation, where the accounts payable (AP) function is no longer operating ‘business as usual’; it is an area of innovation and efficiency that has significant impact on an organization’s working capital, supplier relations and the bottom line.

Register for our webinar taking place on February 23, 2024, at 4:00 pm CET, where our CEO, Uli Erxleben, and Ralf Kettnaker, Solution Architect from Iron Mountain, will share their thoughts. Together, they will examine best practices of invoice processing in the AI era, using Bertelsmann as an example.

  • Walk through a best practice setup of using an AI-native solution like Hypatos, market-leading workflow with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Shared Service Center (SSC) models
  • Review the potential results and financial impact of implementing a document automation solution in AP
  • See a live example, using Hypatos Insights, of how the clerk function in a BPO or SSC scenario changes from data entry to data mastery

Learn how automating AP tasks is an evolutionary process that offers significant benefits. Bid farewell to essential yet time-consuming, manual tasks, such as entering missing invoice data, correcting mistakes, and searching for information between systems to resolve errors.  Look forward to greater efficiency, accuracy, and throughput of large document volumes.  Enable AI to run business operations, while humans make decisions and design solutions.

Featured Speakers:
Uli Erxleben, CEO at Hypatos
Ralf Kettnaker, Solution Architect at Iron Mountain
