It’s no exaggeration to say that AI will have one of the most (if not the most) profound impacts on the workforce in the next 5 years. But while we often talk about the technology, the impact on people and how to support them on this journey, is much less explored. However, without careful workforce preparation and a large amount of empathy, no AI implementation will succeed. As AI is becoming ubiquitous, not implementing is not an option, it therefore follows that adapting your workforce to the new reality of AI coworkers, must become part of the plan.
